No Guarantee of Results

Visionary Edge works to provide practical recommendations, systems, strategies, and implementation support. However, business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including client execution, market conditions, data quality, sales activity, technology limitations, third-party platforms, and customer behavior.

We do not guarantee specific revenue increases, cost savings, rankings, leads, conversions, profits, or business results unless expressly stated in a signed written agreement.

Visionary Edge may recommend or work with third-party platforms, software, AI tools, automation tools, analytics tools, website platforms, CRM systems, email tools, payment processors, or other services.

Visionary Edge does not own or control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, security, pricing, terms, policies, performance, errors, downtime, or changes. Use of third-party tools may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies from those providers.

Artificial Intelligence and Automation

Some Visionary Edge services may involve AI-assisted research, work flow design, automation, content generation, process mapping, or system recommendations.

AI-assisted outputs may require human review, verification, editing, and approval before business use. Clients are responsible for reviewing AI-generated or AI-assisted materials for accuracy, compliance, suitability, and final approval before publication, implementation, or reliance.

Visionary Edge does not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will be error-free, complete, legally compliant, or suitable for every business use without review.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all content on the Visionary Edge website, including text, graphics, layouts, designs, frameworks, processes, templates, logos, service descriptions, and other materials, is owned by Visionary Edge or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

For paid client work, ownership and usage rights for deliverables will be governed by the applicable proposal, statement of work, service agreement, or written agreement between Visionary Edge and the client.

Client Materials

Clients represent that they have the necessary rights and permissions to provide those materials to Visionary Edge. Clients retain ownership of their own pre-existing materials.

Visionary Edge may use client-provided materials solely as needed to perform the agreed services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidentiality

Visionary Edge understands that clients may share non-public business information as part of a project. We will take reasonable steps to protect confidential information and use it only for the purpose of providing agreed services.

Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, already known without restriction, or required to be disclosed by law.

Additional confidentiality terms may be included in a separate agreement when appropriate.

Privacy
